The lady who process payments is rude, sounds very uneducated, and denies payments. Do not bank here!

I've had an auto loan with them for a few years. Forgot to make a payment because they don't send out paper statements or email notices when payments are due. (And their website doesn't tell you when your payment is due) Yes, my fault I missed a payment. They have my contact information. They could have called or emailed to see why my payment was late, like other banks do, instead they chose to report it to the credit bureaus. They would rather ruin their customers' credit than put a little effort into receiving 1 payment.

The worst credit union and this is my first experience with a credit union. Manager at this location is the worst issues after issues horrible communication with clients and i have to wait for the bank to open in order to see my funds i get laid today well suppose to but i cant touch none of my funds until there good and ready smh horrible!!
